      Product Description

      Bouquet of fresh and exotic fruits with pleasant notes of citrus on a background of mineral notes 100% Roditis (an indigenous variety whose skin has a lovely pink color) from unique vineyards situated on the mountainous slopes of Aigialeia region in northern Peloponnese, at an altitude of 840 meters (2755 feet) above sea level facing the Corinthian gulf. The grapes are harvested in small crates at the end of October and transported to the gravity fed winery. After a light pressing, they are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, while a part of them undergo a pre-fermentation cold maceration.
